Haleigh and Nick chose to share a private first glance before their wedding ceremony at Regale's upstairs patio. This teacher-in-training (Haleigh) and future Marine (Nick) were ecstatic to be in each other's company!
Haleigh coordinated the beautiful orange and blue theme--flowing blue dresses for the bridesmaids and matching paisley vests for the groomsmen--down to the handmade necklaces for her bridesmaids.
As the reception celebration began, a rare annular solar eclipse filled the late afternoon sky.
We had a great time photographing Amy and Ryan's Engagement Session at Heritage Square Park in Phoenix. This was a new location for us and we were thrilled Amy and Ryan suggested it. The historic brick buildings, wooden porches, and concrete stairs of the adjacent Arizona Science Center made for some great backdrops. We were also happy to discover Amy and Ryan share our love for animals (cats!). These two brought along some fun props, including their black and gold Steeler's jerseys and Terrible Towels. We can't wait for their wedding next spring!
It's always wonderful to see how family and friends come together to celebrate a wedding and honor the love of a couple dear to them. In the case of Kendall and Anthony's wedding at Regale!, family played an integral part: Anthony's three brothers served as groomsmen, Kendall's sister as a bridesmaid, and Kendall's brothers as ushers.
Kendall and Anthony's wedding was also part magic: yellow palo verde flowers that blanketed the ground, a bunny that paused for a moment beneath the altar, Kendall's bold red heels (reminiscent of Dorothy's in the Wizard of Oz), and a sparkler farewell to close out the night!
